Trump Media & Technology Expands Bitcoin Holdings to $2 Billion

09:00 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) said Monday it has accumulated about $2 billion in bitcoin and bitcoin-related securities as part of its previously announced bitcoin treasury strategy.

The company said the holdings now represent approximately two-thirds of its $3 billion in liquid assets.

An additional $300 million has been allocated to an options acquisition strategy for bitcoin-related securities, Trump Media & Technology ( DJT ) said.

The company said it plans to continue acquiring bitcoin and bitcoin-related assets and to convert its options into spot bitcoin.

Shares of the company were up nearly 7% in recent Monday premarket activity.
