09:09 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) said Thursday it filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed Bitcoin exchange-traded fund that would directly hold the cryptocurrency.

The company said the planned Truth Social Bitcoin ETF would be listed on NYSE Arca, pending regulatory approvals. Crypto.com is expected to serve as a custodian and trading partner, while Yorkville America Digital will act as the sponsor, Trumo Media said.
