Trump Media & Technology Files for Resale of Nearly 38 Million Shares; Stock Sinks After Hours

05:40 PM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) unveiled a prospectus late Monday relating to the resale of almost 38 million shares.

The resale includes the disposal by YA II PN, a Cayman Islands-exempt limited partnership, of more than 37.6 million shares, the company said.

Shares of Trump Media ( DJT ) slumped 9.6% in after-hours activity.

Price: 36.70, Change: -3.88, Percent Change: -9.56
