09:02 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) said Tuesday it has signed a mutual cooperation and purchase agreement with Crypto.com.

As part of the deal, Trump Media ( DJT ) said it will integrate Crypto.com's digital wallet into its Truth Social and Truth+ platforms, launching a new rewards system that uses the Cronos (CRO-USD) digital currency as a token.

Under the purchase agreement, Trump Media ( DJT ) will buy $105 million in CRO, while Crypto.com will acquire $50 million of Trump Media ( DJT ) stock, both subject to a lockup period.

The company said that users will be able to earn and convert in-app rewards into CRO and other benefits, and use CRO to pay for subscriptions and services.

Both companies will co-market the Truth+ platform and Crypto.com's wallet, it said.

Shares of Trump Media & Technology ( DJT ) were up 7.4% in recent premarket activity.
