The companies said Truth+ offers programming for viewers seeking an alternative to mainstream entertainment and that the app initially provides live TV channels, with on-demand content coming soon.

Shares of Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) rose 0.8%, while Roku ( ROKU ) was up 3.9% in recent premarket activity.
