04:57 PM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology ( DJT ) shareholder United Atlantic Ventures has sold about 7.5 million shares of the company, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.

United Atlantic now has only 100 shares left in Trump Media ( DJT ), the filing said.

Andrew Litinsky, who is the managing member of United Atlantic, is deemed the beneficial owner of the remaining shares.
