(Reuters) - Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump plans to outline a suite of economic proposals in a speech, which will include a government efficiency commission recommended by billionaire Elon Musk, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, citing parts of the speech it has seen.

In July, the Tesla CEO publicly endorsed Trump in the U.S. presidential race.
