TrustCo Bank Approves 1 Million Share Buyback

04:34 PM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TrustCo Bank's (TRST) board authorized a stock buyback of up to 1 million common shares.

The repurchases are expected over the next 12 months, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Shares of the company rose 2% in after-hours trading.
