05:08 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tsakos Energy Navigation ( TEN ) said Monday that it received an order for two very large crude carriers, or VLCCs, from Hanwha Ocean in South Korea for delivery in 2027 and 2028.

The company said the order includes an option for an additional unit. No financial details were disclosed.

Tsakos Energy Navigation ( TEN ) also said it sold three 2007-built vessels to independent third parties and expects to book $60 million free cash and about $9 million capital gains in Q3 from the sale.
