12:35 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TTEC ( TTEC ) said Wednesday it is expanding its partnership with Zendesk to offer more advanced, AI-driven customer experience solutions.

The enhanced agreement will allow TTEC ( TTEC ) to serve as a full-stack delivery and implementation partner across the Zendesk platform, helping enterprise clients improve customer relationship management and streamline workflows.

The two firms have a long-standing relationship, with hundreds of TTEC ( TTEC ) clients already using Zendesk solutions, it added.

Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
