Tucows Approves New $40 Million Share Buyback Program

06:00 PM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tucows ( TCX ) said late Thursday its board approved a new stock repurchase program of up to $40 million of its common shares, effective Friday.

The company also terminated its previous $40 million buyback program.

Tucows ( TCX ) said it will repurchase shares in the open market through the Nasdaq Capital Market, and any repurchased shares will be retired and returned to treasury.
