TuHURA Biosciences Shareholders Approve Merger With Kineta; Shares Rise

05:21 PM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TuHURA Biosciences ( HURA ) and Kineta shareholders approved proposals related to their merger at special meetings.

TuHURA Biosciences ( HURA ) shareholders also approved proposals to increase authorized company shares to 200 million and reincorporate the company in Delaware, according to a statement late Monday.

The proposed merger is expected to be completed upon the satisfaction of all closing conditions, TuHURA said.

TuHURA shares were up 27% in after-hours trading.
