Tullow Oil to sell Gabon assets for $300 million

March 24 (Reuters) - Tullow Oil ( TUWLF ) said on Monday

it has signed an agreement to sell its entire working interest

in Gabon to Gabon Oil Company for a total cash consideration of

$300 million.
