04:04 AM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tungray Technologies said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of approximately 1.3 million class A ordinary shares at $4 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $5 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 187,500 additional shares.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on April 23, subject to customary closing conditions.

Shares are expected to debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market this Friday under the ticker "TRSG".
