Tuniu Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Rule

05:41 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tuniu ( TOUR ) said Thursday that it has received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq listing rules.

The company previously received a notice from Nasdaq in January that the closing bid price for its American depositary shares was below the minimum bid price requirement of $1 per share for 30 consecutive business days.

The company was given 180 days to regain compliance period, which has now been fulfilled as the closing bid price of its ADSs has been at $1 per ADS or more for 11 consecutive business days from May 20 through June 4.
