Tuniu to Transfer Listing to Nasdaq Capital Market

05:45 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tuniu ( TOUR ) said Friday that the Nasdaq Stock Market has approved the company's request to transfer the listing of its American depositary shares from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The transfer is expected to become effective at the opening of business on Nov. 24 and not have any impact on trading of the ADSs, the company said.

The ADSs will continue to trade under the symbol "TOUR," Tuniu ( TOUR ) said.

In connection with the transfer, the company said it is now eligible for an additional 180-day period to regain compliance with the exchange's requirement of a minimum bid price of $1 per ADS.
