03:35 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tupperware Brands ( TUP ) said late Tuesday it voluntarily initiated a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process in a Delaware court.

The company said it will seek court approval to continue operations while the bankruptcy process is ongoing, as well as an approval for the potential sale of the company's business.
