ISTANBUL, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Turkish Airlines
has reached an agreement with GE Aerospace to procure engines,
spare engines, and engine maintenance services for 75 B787
planes that it is buying from Boeing ( BA ), the company said.
Its overnight statement to the Istanbul stock exchange
followed Turkish Airlines' announcement in September that it had
decided to buy the 75 aircraft from Boeing ( BA ), consisting of
50 firm and 25 option orders for B787-9 and B787-10 models with
deliveries scheduled between 2029 and 2034.
