Dec 19 (Reuters) - Boeing ( BA ) said on Thursday
Turkey's low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines had placed a firm
order for 100 737-10 MAX aircraft, with an option for 100 more.
The firm order is valued at $5.85 billion, according to
Reuters calculations based on data provided by consultancy
Cirium.
With Pegasus's order, the total orders for the largest model
in the 737 MAX family will be more than 1,200 jets, Boeing ( BA ) said
in a statement.
