05:19 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Turtle Beach ( HEAR ) said late on Wednesday that Cris Keirn will take over as its chief executive officer with immediate effect, concluding a search process the board initiated in Q2 2023.

Keirn joined Turtle Beach ( HEAR ) in 2013 and has been a "key contributor in the transformation of Turtle Beach's ( HEAR ) product portfolios," the company said.

Before joining Turtle Beach ( HEAR ), Keirn held "leadership positions" during a 17-year stint in multiple divisions at Motorola.
