Turtle Beach Posts Lower Q4 Earnings, Revenue; Shares Fall After-Hours

05:04 PM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Turtle Beach ( TBCH ) reported Q4 earnings late Thursday of $0.87 per diluted share, down from $0.95 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected GAAP EPS of $1.06.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 fell to $118.8 million from $146.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $144.1 million.

The company expects full-year 2026 net revenue of $335 million to $355 million. Analysts expect $373 million.

Shares were down more than 17% in after-hours activity.
