06:28 AM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tutor Perini ( TPC ) said Thursday that it has appointed Gary Smalley to succeed Ronald Tutor as its chief executive officer.

Smalley, who was appointed president of Tutor Perini ( TPC ) in November 2023 as part of a formal succession plan, took over as CEO on Wednesday, the company said.

Ronald Tutor transitioned to the role of executive chairman of the board, the company said.
