06:45 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tutor Perini ( TPC ) said Thursday that its Rudolph and Sletten subsidiary has secured a contract from UC Davis Health for the Central Utility Plant Expansion in Sacramento, California.

The scope of work under the project includes the construction of a new two-story, 32,000-square-foot Central Utility Plant annex building, and renovation of the existing Campus Central Plant, the company said.

Tutor Perini ( TPC ) said that work is underway, with substantial completion expected in fall 2027.

The project's current contract value is about $253 million, including $108 million added to the company's backlog in Q4.
