04:50 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Twelve Seas Investment Company II ( TWLV ) said Wednesday it has been notified that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements for failure to timely file its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The blank-check firm said it had previously notified the SEC that it will be unable to file the quarterly report without unreasonable effort or expense.

The company said it has until May 30 to present its views on the matter before Nasdaq Capital Market determines whether the company may receive extension.
