10:43 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TWFG Insurance (TWFG) said Tuesday that it has expanded its Northeast footprint with the purchase of Angers & Litz Associates, an insurance agency headquartered in Schenectady, New York.

The acquisition enhances TWFG's ( TWFG ) distribution network and advances its mission to deliver scalable, tech-enabled insurance solutions nationwide, the company said.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
