Twin Disc Acquires Kobelt Manufacturing for $16.5 Million

08:52 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Twin Disc ( TWIN ) said Tuesday it has acquired Kobelt Manufacturing for roughly $16.5 million.

Twin Disc ( TWIN ), a designer and manufacturer of marine and heavy-duty off-highway power transmission equipment, said the acquisition of Kobelt, which specializes in brake, control and steering systems, will add complementary products to its portfolio.

Kobelt, which had 2024 revenue of about $14 million, is expected to be immediately accretive to its GAAP earnings, Twin Disc ( TWIN ) said.
