09:32 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Twin Hospitality Group ( TWNP ) said Thursday it has named Kim Boerema its chief executive officer.

Boerema succeeds interim Chief Executive Ken Kuick, who will continue to serve as chief financial officer, the company said.

Boerema was previously the chief operating officer and president of Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse, Twin Hospitality Group ( TWNP ) said.

The company's shares were down more than 5% in recent Thursday trading.
