NEW YORK, Aug 28 (Reuters) - U.S.-based hedge fund Two
Sigma's co-founders John Overdeck and David Siegel will step
down as co-Chief Executive Officers of the hedge fund, according
to a statement on Wednesday.
Two Sigma said its chief business officer Carter Lyons and
former Lazard's general counsel Scott Hoffman will
replace the founders as co-CEOs.
Both Overdeck and Siegel will continue as co-chairmen.
