TXO Partners CEO Bob Simpson Retires; Co-CEOs Appointed

04:37 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TXO Partners ( TXO ) said late Wednesday that Bob Simpson will retire as CEO of the company's general partner, effective April 1.

The company said Simpson will remain board chairman to provide continuity and strategic guidance.

TXO Partners ( TXO ) said Gary Simpson and Brent Clum will be promoted to co-CEOs, with Gary Simpson also joining the board, effective April 1.

The company said Gary Simpson would maintain his existing responsibilities as president of production and development and Clum as president of business operations.
