Tyler Technologies Acquires MyGov

09:49 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tyler Technologies ( TYL ) said Friday that it has acquired cloud-based software provider MyGov.

The company said Oklahoma-based MyGov has approximately 150 clients, with a high concentration of them in Texas. It also said MyGov management and staff will become part of Tyler's Municipal & Schools Division.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
