11:01 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tyler Technologies ( TYL ) said Thursday it has clinched a three-year contract with the state of New Jersey to provide digital government solutions.

The contract is extendable for two additional years, it said.

The company also said the state has extended for another year a separate contract with Tyler for credit card processing services.

Terms of the contracts weren't disclosed.
