Tyson Foods Enters Deal to Sell Georgia Poultry Complex

05:28 PM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tyson Foods ( TSN ) said Tuesday it agreed to sell its poultry complex in Vienna, Georgia, to House of Raeford Farms as part of its plan to optimize its plant network.

Terms the deal weren't disclosed.

Tyson said the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions.
