Tyson Foods Maintains Dividend, Ramps Buyback Authorization

05:55 PM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tyson Foods ( TSN ) said late Thursday it maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.50 per class A share, payable Dec. 15 to holders of record Dec. 1.

The company's board also authorized an increase to its share repurchase program to buy back an additional 43 million shares.
