Tyson Foods to Close Nebraska Beef Plant, Convert Texas Facility to Single Shift

05:03 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tyson Foods ( TSN ) said Friday it will end operations at its Lexington, Nebraska, beef plant and convert its Amarillo, Texas, beef facility to a single full-capacity shift, according to a Form 8-K filing.

The company said production will be increased at other beef facilities to meet customer demand and optimize volumes across its network.
