Nov 3, 2025 6:23 AM

08:44 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uber Technologies ( UBER ) and Toast (TOST) said Monday they have entered a multi-year global partnership to improve restaurant operations and digital ordering.

The companies said they plan to integrate Toast's point-of-sale system with Uber's ( UBER ) delivery network, enabling restaurants to manage deliveries, promotions, and advertising directly through the Toast platform.

They also plan to develop new customer engagement tools set to launch in 2026, they added.

As part of the partnership, the companies said Uber Eats, Uber Direct, and Toast Delivery Services integrations will expand to Canada, with Uber Eats integrations also rolling out in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Toast will designate Uber ( UBER ) as its preferred food delivery marketplace for its restaurant partners worldwide.
