Uber to acquire Delivery Hero's foodpanda delivery business in Taiwan

May 13 (Reuters) - Uber Technologies ( UBER ) will

acquire Delivery Hero's foodpanda delivery business in

Taiwan for $950 million in cash, the companies said on Tuesday.

Uber ( UBER ) has also agreed to purchase $300 million in newly

issued ordinary shares of Delivery Hero, they said.
