10:52 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ucore Rare Metals ( UURAF ) said Thursday that it raised C$69 million in its share offering of 24.6 million shares at C$2.80 each.

Proceeds will be used to fund the development of the Louisiana Strategic Metals Complex, the company said.

Ucore shares were last seen down C$0.03, to C$2.89, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
