UDR Prices $300 Million Notes Offering

05:51 PM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UDR (UDR) said late Monday that it priced a $300 million offering of 5.125% senior unsecured notes due 2034.

The notes were priced at 98.977% of the principal amount. The effective interest rate is 5.08%.

The company expects to use the net proceeds to repay debt under its commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.
