UDR Q2 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise; Full-Year FFO Guidance Lowered

05:19 PM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UDR (UDR) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.56, up from $0.55 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.54.

Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $425.4 million, up from $415.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $421.8 million.

The company set Q3 FFO guidance of $0.61 to $0.63. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.63.f

The company now expects full-year 2025 FFO of $2.42 to $2.48, versus prior outlook of $2.45 to $2.55. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.47.
