08:05 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UFP Industries ( UFPI ) said Monday its UFP Packaging affiliate has acquired the assets of C&L Wood Products, a Hartselle, Alabama-based manufacturer of pallets and mulch.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

UFP Industries ( UFPI ) said C&L Wood Products had trailing 12-month sales through November 2024 of $24.8 million.

The newly acquired entity will operate as part of UFP Packaging's PalletOne business unit and its executive team, including President Henry Bowman and Operations Manager Frank Janek, will remain with the company, UFP said.
