09:43 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UFP Technologies ( UFPT ) said Monday that it has acquired AJR Enterprises, which develops and manufactures single-use safe patient handling systems, for $110 million.

The transaction was funded using borrowings under the company's amended and restated credit agreement, UFP said, adding that AJR will be added to its patient surfaces portfolio.
