UFP Technologies Buys AQF Medical to Expand Europe, Asia Footprint

09:26 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UFP Technologies ( UFPT ) said Monday it has acquired Ireland-based AQF Medical, which develops foam and thermoplastic components for medical devices and packaging.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said the acquisition is expected to expand its manufacturing footprint in Europe and Asia.
