UGI Agrees to Sell Austrian LPG Distribution Business to DCC for $63.9 Million

08:08 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UGI (UGI) said Tuesday its UGI International unit has signed a definitive agreement to sell its liquefied petroleum gas distribution business in Austria to DCC for an enterprise value of 55 million euro ($63.9 million).

The company said it will use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet through debt reduction.

UGI said it expects the transaction to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
