UGI Discloses Early Results, Upsize of Tender Offer for 5.5% Notes Due 2025

10:14 AM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UGI (UGI) said Wednesday that the early results for the tender offer by its subsidiaries AmeriGas Partners and AmeriGas Finance for the 5.5% notes due 2025 showed that about $632.6 million of the notes had been tendered by the early deadline.

The maximum amount of the notes that is being accepted for purchase in the tender has also been increased to $475 million from $450 million, the company said.
