07:29 AM EST, 01/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UGI (UGI) said Thursday that it has entered a definitive agreement to sell its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution businesses in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia to DCC plc for an enterprise value of approximately 48 million euros ($55 million).

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory and closing conditions, UGI said

Net proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce debt at UGI, strengthening its balance sheet and increasing financial flexibility for future growth investments, the company said.
