08:32 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UGI (UGI) said Friday its AmeriGas Propane subsidiary entered into a definitive agreement to sell certain assets in Hawaii to Isle Gas, a subsidiary of AMF Hawaii Investment.

The transaction, expected to close in fiscal Q4, includes the sale of around 750,000 gallons of propane storage facilities and multiple delivery fleets, UGI said.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The natural gas distribution company said the sale proceeds will be used to pay down debt at AmeriGas.
