U-Haul Acquires Former Extra Space Storage's Two-Story Building in Minneapolis

08:14 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- U-Haul Holding ( UHAL ) said Thursday it has acquired a two-story facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota that was formerly an Extra Space Storage ( EXR ) business.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The new building is the company's 39th store in the state, U-Haul said.
