07:49 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- U-Haul Holding ( UHAL ) said Tuesday it is converting a former Kmart store in Kenton, Ohio, into a retail, moving, and self-storage facility.

The 11-acre property will house 720 climate-controlled self-storage units.

U-Haul acquired the building in February.

The company's shares were down 0.7% in recent premarket activity.
