U-Haul Fiscal Q2 Net Income Declines, Revenue Climbs, Shares Down

05:55 PM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- U-Haul Holding ( UHAL ) reported fiscal Q2 net income late Wednesday of $0.49 per diluted share, down from $0.91 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.87.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.72 billion, up from $1.66 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.73 billion.

Shares were down around 1.7% in recent after-hours activity.
