04:44 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UiPath ( PATH ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $0.11 per diluted share, down from $0.12 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.07.

Revenue in the quarter ended Oct. 31 was $354.7 million, up from $325.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $347.6 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 revenue of between $422 million and $427 million. Analysts are looking for $423.8 million.

Shares of UiPath ( PATH ) were down 1.5% in after-hours trading.
